We operate primarily online and are a specialist retailer of spare parts for home and garden appliances. If you haven't heard of us before it could simply be because you've never searched the internet for a spare part before. We currently deliver throughout the UK and to selected International destinations. We make every effort to ensure you receive your order promptly and offer two forms of delivery; standard and next day. For more details view our Delivery Information.
Our standard delivery is very efficient and items will usually arrive within 3 – 5 working days; however we understand that you may be in a hurry to receive the spare part you need. That's why we offer the option of next day delivery on all in stock items (excludes Eire). Learn more about Next Day Delivery.
If you require a spare part that is not featured on our website, we will try and obtain the part for you. All you need to do is submit our Product Enquiry Form and a member of our customer support team will see if we can assist you further. Please be aware that we are unable to source parts for non-UK models.
To avoid the disappointment of ordering a spare part that doesn't fit your appliance, we always recommend that you check the part fits your model before ordering. The easiest way to do this is to browse or search using your model number. If you don't know your model number then our handy Model Number Finder will help you locate it.

You may not be aware that there are two types of appliance spare available; 'genuine' and 'pattern'. A genuine spare is a part made by the original manufacturer while a pattern spare is made by an alternative manufacturer but designed to fit a specific model(s). At 4Ourhouse we sell genuine parts and top quality pattern parts.
If a part is genuine it is clearly stated in the product description, so you can be confident that when you see a spare part described as genuine on this website it means its been made by the original manufacturer.
We aim to give you as much choice as possible so you get value for money. We only stock pattern parts that have been manufactured to the highest standards and are of comparable quality to the genuine alternative.
There may be occasions when you need to return an item to us. Whatever the reason for your return we try to keep the process as simple as possible. If you have ordered an item in error you need to notify us within 14 days of receipt and return the items. Details of how to do this can be found here.
In the case of faulty goods, items damaged in transit or errors during despatch please refer to the relevant section of our Returns Policy.
